Another Exceptional Result for a Criminal Law Matter.

After an initial mention hearing for four assault related charges, it was clear a plea was a no-deal!

The four charges were:

  • Causing injury recklessly;
  • Threat to kill;
  • Aggravated Assault – female; and
  • Common Assault

We secured a contest mention with a Magistrate in 4 weeks, giving the prosecution just 14 days to prepare a full brief of evidence. Our solicitor, Sumeyye Tercan, thoroughly dissected their brief, negotiated assertively, and demanded all to be dropped. Within hours, our demand was met, every charge was withdrawn.

Congratulations Sumeyye
