Criminal Law Success!

The Victorian Police Stated “I agree with your position and will be a full withdrawal.”

Sumeyye Tercan of our office vigorously and persistently negotiated with the Victoria Police before and after the first court hearing. A full withdrawal of state and federal charges. As you can imagine, our client was ecstatic.

The following State and Federal charges were fully withdrawn after the first Court Hearing:

  • Threat to inflict serious injury (State),
  • Threat to destroy property (State),
  • Use carriage service to menace (Federal), and
  • Use carriage service to menace (Federal).
