Introducing Rose Gulcan Bolat: With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Rose is known for her proactive and friendly approach. She excels in handling complex family law cases, including parenting, property disputes, divorces, child support, spousal maintenance, and binding financial settlements. Rose is also well-versed in wills, powers of attorney, employment law, family violence intervention orders, and criminal law, making her a versatile and invaluable team member.

Rose Gulcan Bolat is a Senior Associate Solicitor that was admitted to practice in 2013.

Rose is proactive and friendly team member with more than 10 years experience in the legal industry. She has extensive experience in challenging areas of family law (parenting, property, divorce, child support, spousal maintenance and binding financial settlements), wills/powers of attorney, employment law, family violence intervention order and criminal law matters.

Rose is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. She takes the time to consider client expectations, concerns, values and feedback. She is known for providing thorough guidance to her clients and empowering clients to be able to move forward with a positive future. Her empathy and understanding enable her to maintain a pragmatic and commercial approach to resolving matters

In 2008, she first graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelors of Social Science: Legal and Dispute Studies.

In 2012, she graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelors of Laws degree.

In 2013, she graduated from Leo Cussen Centre for Law with a Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer.

Rose has also undertaken volunteer community workshops for the elderly and vulnerable community to enhance their knowledge about the law, their rights and guidance.

Rose is also fluent in the Turkish language and has established a solid foundation within her community.

Prior to her admission, she was a Domestic Relationships Registrations Officer and a Civil Marriage Celebrant under Department of Justice at the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in Melbourne.

Her genuine passion for her work enables Rose to be approachable and generate the optimistic drive for her to achieve the best results whilst meeting client needs.
